friendly staff perfect bach unfriendly reception soft beds

The staff was friendly and cute. The playgrounds and swimming areas were great for my family. The bach size was perfect for our needs. It was nice and warm.

You have to pay extra for pools and slides. I was not aware of this when I booked. The beds are too soft.

I was not thrilled by several aspects of my stay. The room looked tired and felt quite dated. Paying extra for pool access seemed like a cheap shot, especially since I specifically booked here expecting it included. It all seemed like an unexpected expense.

A Treasure by the Lake

amazing view kids playground handy location

The cabin was so nice, clean, and well-equipped. I appreciate a practical space. Our villa had amazing views and lots of facilities. The kids loved the playground and bounce pad. The location was so close to town, and a Woolworths nearby made things easy.

The walk to the pools felt long. The steep hill was difficult. It would have been nice if we could drive. My back pain made it difficult.

Our room had everything necessary. It was clean and kept well. The facilities were perfect for our children. We stayed the night and it matched the description.

The reception staff seemed disinterested each time I asked a question. The rooms were a bit dated. The bathrooms lacked bench space to put toiletries.
